A2WC Publisher (the “Tool”) is internal software owned and operated by Acts 2 Worship Center (“A2WC,” “we,” “us”). It exists for one purpose: to let authorized church staff and volunteers publish recordings of our own services to the church’s own YouTube channel, Facebook Page, Roku channel and podcast.

1. Who may use the Tool

Only people authorized by Acts 2 Worship Center may use the Tool, and only on church-owned computers. The Tool is not offered, sold, licensed or made available to the public or to any other organization.

2. What may be published

The Tool may be used only to publish content that Acts 2 Worship Center owns or has the right to distribute: recordings of our services, sermons and related church material. Users may not use the Tool to upload content belonging to others, content that violates any law, or content that violates the terms of the platforms it is published to.

3. Third-party platforms

The Tool publishes to YouTube, Facebook, Roku and Spotify on the church’s behalf. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms:

4. Accounts and access

The Tool has no user accounts of its own. It holds an authorization to the church’s YouTube channel, granted once by the channel owner through Google’s sign-in. The channel owner may revoke that authorization at any time from their Google Account’s third-party access settings, which immediately stops the Tool from publishing to YouTube. 5. Changes and termination

Acts 2 Worship Center may change or discontinue the Tool at any time, and may revoke any person’s authorization to use it at any time.

6. No warranty

The Tool is provided as-is for the church’s internal use. Acts 2 Worship Center makes no warranties about its availability or performance.
